All Made by Yì pieces are thoughtfully handmade to order.

Please allow up to 1 week for production before your order is shipped.

Once production is complete, orders are shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but you will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is currently unavailable.
We are working behind the scenes to make Made by Yì available worldwide — coming soon.

RETURNS

RETURN COST

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Made by Yì is not responsible for lost return packages

30 DAYS TO RETURN

Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because each Made by Yì bag is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we will do our best to resolve it.
